Common use of Subscription Functions Clause in Contracts

Subscription Functions. In cases where AT&T performs subscription functions for an IXC (i.e., PIC and LPIC changes via Customer Account Record Exchange (CARE)), AT&T will in all possible instances provide the affected IXCs with the OCN of the local provider for the purpose of obtaining customer billing account and other customer information required under subscription requirements.
