Common use of Subscription Fees Clause in Contracts

Subscription Fees. Customer will pay Rally the fee stipulated in each Order (the “Subscription Fee”) for each Term. Rally’s invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Customer will maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information at all times. For late payment, Customer will pay interest charges from the time the payment was due at the rate that is the lower of 2% per month or the highest rate permissible under applicable law. Rally will not be required to refund the Subscription Fee under any circumstances.
