Subscribers must be Residents of California. Upon change of residence to another jurisdiction, this Agree- ment will terminate. Coverage must be transferred to a Blue Cross or Blue Shield plan for that jurisdiction, if any. For additional information, please see the section entitled Transfer or coverage. If that jurisdiction has no Blue Cross/Blue Shield plan, coverage under this Plan will be terminated.

Any decision reached by arbitration shall be binding upon both You and the company. The arbitration award may include attorney's fees if allowed by state law and may be entered as a judgment in any court of proper jurisdiction.
