Subscriber Privacy. Grantee shall fully comply with any provisions regarding the privacy rights of Subscribers contained in federal, State, or local law.

Subscriber Privacy. The Grantee shall comply with all applicable federal and state privacy laws, including Section 631 of the Cable Act and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
Subscriber Privacy. 1. Grantee shall comply with the subscriber privacy-related requirements of 47 U.S.C. § 551. No signals including signals of a Class IV Channel may be transmitted from a Subscriber terminal for purposes of monitoring individual viewing patterns or practices without the express written permission of the subscriber. Such written permission shall be for a limited period of time not to exceed one (1) year which may be renewed at the option of the Subscriber. No penalty shall be invoked for a subscriber’s failure to provide or renew such authorization. The authorization shall be revocable at any time by the subscriber without penalty of any kind whatsoever. Such permission shall be required for each type or classification of Class IV Channel activity planned for the purpose of monitoring individual viewing patterns or practices.
Subscriber Privacy. Operator shall, at all times, protect the privacy rights of all subscribers. Operator shall strictly comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations concerning the privacy of all subscriber information obtained by Operator in the course of providing services under this Continuation Agreement.
