Common use of Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Clause in Contracts

Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel. SUBRECIPIENT shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the SUBRECIPIENT’s efforts in fulfilling SUBRECIPIENT’s obligations under this CONTRACT. The name of the Project Manager shall be provided to the COUNTY. If there is a Project Management change the SUBRECIPIENT will notify the COUNTY in writing prior to the change being made. The SUBRECIPIENT’s Project Manager and Key Personnel shall be assigned to this CONTRACT for the duration of this CONTRACT and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project timelines. SUBRECIPIENT’s Key Personnel are those individuals who report directly to the SUBRECIPIENT’s Project Manager.
