Common use of Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Clause in Contracts

Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel. The SUBRECIPIENT’S PROJECT MANAGER shall be assigned to this CONTRACT for the duration of this CONTRACT and shall pursue all work and services to meet the CONTRACT timelines. Key personnel are those individual who report directly to the SUBRECIPIENT’S PROJECT MANAGER. COUNTY’S PROJECT MANAGER shall have the discretion to direct replacement or reassignment of any SUBRECIPIENT personnel during the term of this CONTRACT to ensure that all services and deliverables are provided in accordance with Attachment B, Scope of Services.
