SUBRECIPIENT cooperation. SUBRECIPIENT shall actively participate and cooperate with County, State and/or federal representatives in the monitoring, assessment and evaluation processes, including making any program and any administrative staff (fiscal, etc.) available at the request of such representatives.

SUBRECIPIENT cooperation. Subrecipient shall fully cooperate with City and any other auditors in any review or investigation of Subrecipient’s conduct or action(s) relating to this Agreement. Failure by Subrecipient to so cooperate shall be a material breach of this Agreement.

Subrecipient shall make available all reasonable information necessary to substantiate that expenditures under this Contract are allowable and allocable, including, but not limited to accounting records, vendor invoices, bank statements, cancelled checks, bank/credit card statements, contracts and agreements, employee timesheets, purchase orders, and indirect cost allocation plans.
