Subpoenas Directed to BellSouth. Where BellSouth provides resold services or local switching for <<customer_name>>, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to <<customer_name>> end users. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for <<customer_name>> end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.
Subpoenas Directed to BellSouth. Where BellSouth provides resold services or local switching for Comcast Phone, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to Comcast Phone End Users. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for Comcast Phone End Users for the same length of time as it maintains such information for its own End Users.

Where BellSouth provides resold services or local switching for Telefyne Inc., BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to Telefyne Inc. end users. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for Telefyne Inc. end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.

Where BellSouth provides resold services for Image Access, or, if applicable under this Agreement, switching, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to Image Access End Users. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for Image Access End Users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own End Users.

Where BellSouth provides the Services for International Telnet, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to International Telnet’s End Users. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for International Telnet End Users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own End Users.

BellSouth shall maintain such information for ComSouth customers for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own customers.

BellSouth shall maintain such information for Interlink Network Resources end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.

Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for SPARDI end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.

BellSouth shall maintain such information for Cinergy Communications Company end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.
