Common use of Subordination and Attornment Clause in Contracts

Subordination and Attornment. 30.1. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.119.1. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building Premises or the Project any portion thereof and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.1. 35.1 This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building or the Project (each an “Encumbrance”) and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination, according to the following terms and conditions.

This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building Premises or the Project any portion thereof and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.1. 36.1 This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Project and Building or of which the Project Demised Premises are a part, and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or ground lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building Premises or the Project any portion thereof and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination, but nothing in this Section shall be deemed to limit Article 15.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.129.1. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or ground or master lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building or the Project Property and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.1. 29.1 This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trusttrust or other encumbrance, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building Buildings or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination; provided Landlord will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Tenant with a commercially reasonable subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreement from any current lender on the Building.

This 35.1 Subject to the other terms hereof, this Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Project and Building or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordinationthereof.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.119.1. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building Premises or the Project any portion thereof and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination, provided the holder of any such mortgage, deed of trust or lease provides Tenant with an executed Non-Disturbance Agreement in commercially reasonable form.

This Subject to Section 35.4, this Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof (collectively, “Mortgage”) without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.129.1. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building Buildings or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.135.1. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building Common Areas or the Project Building and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordinationsubordination provided that Tenant receives a non-disturbance agreement from any such mortgagee, beneficiary or landlord on such party's standard form.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.1. 36.1 This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Project and Building or of which the Project Demised Premises are a part, and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination., provided that as a condition to such

This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Project and the Building or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordinationsubordination provided that Tenant receives a non-disturbance agreement from any such mortgagee, beneficiary or landlord in substantially the same form as Exhibit “J” attached hereto (the “Nondisturbance Agreement”).

Subordination and Attornment. 30.1. 19.1 This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building Premises or the Project any portion thereof and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.1. (a) This Lease and all rights of Tenant hereunder are and shall be subject and subordinate to the lien and security title of any mortgage, deed of trust, to secure debt or lease in similar instrument which Landlord is tenant may now or hereafter encumber Landlord’s title in force against and to the Building or the Project and to all advances made any modifications, renewals, consolidations, extensions, or hereafter replacements thereof. Landlord shall, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity obtain a subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreement in its lender’s standard form in favor of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordinationTenant.

This 30.1 Subject to the provisions set forth below, this Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building or the Project and Common Areas (“Mortgage”) and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.1. 35.1 This Lease lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant tenant, now or hereafter in force against the Building or the Project Premises, and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination; provided, however that so long as there is no Default hereunder, Tenant's right to possession of the Premises shall not be disturbed by the holder of any such lien.

(a) This Lease and all rights of Tenant hereunder are and shall be subject and subordinate to the lien and security title of any mortgage, deed of trust, to secure debt or lease in similar instrument which Landlord is tenant may now or hereafter encumber Landlord's title in force against and to the Building or the Project and to all advances made any modifications, renewals, consolidations, extensions, or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordinationreplacements thereof.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.131.1. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Building or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordination; provided that the Mortgagee (as defined below) agrees to recognize this Lease and not disturb Tenant so long as Tenant is not in Default.

Subordination and Attornment. 30.134.1. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage, deed of trust, or lease in which Landlord is tenant now or hereafter in force against the Project and the Building or the Project and to all advances made or hereafter to be made upon the security thereof without the necessity of the execution and delivery of any further instruments on the part of Tenant to effectuate such subordinationsubordination provided that Tenant receives a non-disturbance agreement from any such mortgagee, beneficiary or landlord in substantially the same form as Exhibit "J" attached hereto (the "Nondisturbance Agreement").
