Subordinate Documents. All documents executed and delivered pursuant to the provisions of this Article or otherwise pursuant to this Agreement are subordinate to the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and prevail in the event of a conflict between the provisions of any such document and the provisions of this Agreement.
