Subordinate Documents. All documents executed and delivered pursuant to the provisions of this Article or otherwise pursuant to this Agreement are subordinate to the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and prevail in the event of a conflict between the provisions of any such document and the provisions of this Agreement.
Subordinate Documents. This General Conveyance is executed and delivered by the parties hereto pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the Sale Agreement and the provisions of the Sale Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Sale Agreement and this General Conveyance.
Subordinate Documents. This General Xxxxxxxxxx is executed and delivered by the parties hereto pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the Sale Agreement and the provisions of the Sale Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Sale Agreement and this General Conveyance.

All such documents and assurances executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement are subordinate to the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and prevail in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any such document or assurance.
Subordinate Documents. This General Conveyance is executed and delivered by the parties hereto pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the Asset Purchase Agreement and the provisions of the Asset Purchase Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Asset Purchase Agreement and this General Conveyance.
Subordinate Documents. Agent shall have received final executed copies of the Subordinate Documentation, and all related agreements, documents and instruments as in effect on the Closing Date and the transactions contemplated by such documentation shall be consummated prior to the making of the initial Advance including, without limitation, the receipt by Borrowers of the purchase price for the 10,606,000 shares of common stock issued to Andlinger Capital XXVI LLC under the Securities Purchase agreement in the amount of $1,825,000.
Subordinate Documents. This agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of the Joint Venture Agreement and the provisions of the Join Venture Agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Joint Venture Agreement and this agreement.
Subordinate Documents. The Agent and the Lenders shall have received copies of the Subordinate Documents, duly executed by the parties thereto and in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders, certified as true and correct by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower.
