Submitting Requests. ‌ At the time employees submit requests for short-term trades, the request shall identify the specific days, dates and shifts that each involved employee will work and will identify the specific days, dates and shifts that are to be considered "payback" of any days or hours owed. This change and/or "payback" must take place within ninety (90) calendar days. In all instances, employees shall only exchange a like number of days and/or hours of the same duration.
