The COUNTY reserves the right to accept or deny any revisions to the programmatic report. The AGENCY shall submit reports with the current date of submittal or will be required to resubmit the report with the accurate date. . Any AGENCY that has received three (3) or more notices of deficiencies with programmatic reporting may be deemed in breach of this Contract and/or subject to penalty, as indicated in the Attachment “C” of this Contract. This subparagraph in no way limits the County’s right to terminate this Contract pursuant to the terms of Article III of this Contract.
