Submittal of Plans. Prior to commencing any Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall submit to Landlord for approval its proposed plans for Tenant’s Work. Without limiting the foregoing, if required by Landlord and reasonable under the circumstances, Tenant shall provide:

Submittal of Plans. (i) Tenant shall submit to Landlord final plans for the Tenant Improvements (the “Final Plans”), including schematic architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings, within fifteen (15) days after the date of this Lease. The Final Plans shall be consistent with and a logical extension of the schematic architectural design drawings attached to the Lease as or described on Exhibit B-1 (the “Schematic Drawings”), which Schematic Drawings are hereby approved by Landlord and Tenant. The Final Plans shall provide for interior improvements and finishes similar to, and of equal or higher quality than, the improvements existing on the second floor of the Xxxxxxxx Building on the date of this Lease (the “Xxxxxxxx Second Floor Improvements”). Landlord shall, within five (5) business days following receipt by Landlord of such plans from Tenant, review, comment on and return the Final Plans to Tenant, marked “Approved” or “Disapproved as Noted, Revise and Resubmit.” Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its approval of the Final Plans, provided that the Final Plans are consistent with and a logical extension of the Schematic Drawings. If the Final Plans are returned to Tenant marked “Approved,” the Final Plans shall be deemed approved by Landlord. If the Final Plans are returned to Tenant marked “Disapproved as Noted, Revise and Resubmit,” Tenant shall cause such plans to be revised, taking into account the reasons for Landlord’s disapproval, and shall resubmit revised plans to Landlord for review within five (5) days after return of the Final Plans to Tenant by Landlord. The same procedure shall be repeated until Landlord fully approves the Final Plans.
Submittal of Plans. Tenant shall cause to be designed, constructed, and installed within the Leased Premises, at no cost to County, appropriate improvements to adequately accommodate those services and uses, both required and any other optional services and uses approved pursuant to the section in this Lease entitled, “PERMITTED USE.” Tenant must comply with the Tenant Design Guidelines and JWA Construction Standards as may be amended from time to time. The improvement plans prepared by Xxxxxx and approved by Airport Director prior to the execution of this Lease shall be a plan for development of the Leased Premises or portions thereof, and the working drawings prepared by Tenant and approved by Airport Director during the same period shall be the plan, specifications, and time schedule for Tenant's initial construction on the Leased Premises. No construction work shall commence until County has approved the plans and specifications and has issued a Notice to Proceed. County will review and respond to submittals of plans and specifications within thirty (30) days or provide notice to Tenant that the review time has been extended. In the event of disapproval by County of any portion of any submittal of plans and specifications, Tenant shall promptly make modifications and revisions and re-submit for approval by County. Tenant must comply with the submission deadlines and review schedules developed by County for construction plans, designs and drawings as further outlined in the Tenant Design Guidelines and Xxxx Xxxxx Airport Construction Standards. Weekly scheduled meetings with Tenant representative, contractor, design team, and JWA staff must be held during any construction improvements or projects. Updated Microsoft Project (or equivalent software), schedule and safety meeting updates must be provided to JWA at each scheduled meeting or upon request of JWA staff. All design and construction shall conform with the plans approved by County and with County construction and architectural standards, as can be amended from time to time.
Submittal of Plans. Prior to Concessionaire’s commencement of any construction activities on the Premises at any time during the Term, Concessionaire shall submit plans and specifications that conform to all of the requirements of Tenant Work Permit Handbook to City for review and approval. No construction work shall commence until City has approved the plans and specifications and has issued a Notice to Proceed. Concessionaire shall submit plans and specifications, in the form and number identified in Tenant Work Permit Handbook, for each of the Concession Locations and Support Spaces in accordance with the Development Schedule. City will review and respond to submittals of plans and specifications within ten (10) days or provide notice to Concessionaire that the review time has been extended. In the event of disapproval by City of any portion of any submittal of plans and specifications, Concessionaire shall promptly make modifications and revisions and re-submit for approval by City.
Submittal of Plans. Tenant's architect will submit the Plans to the appropriate governmental agencies for plan checking and the issuance of a building permit. Tenant's architect, with Tenant's and Landlord's cooperation, will make any changes to the Plans which are requested by the applicable governmental authorities to obtain the building permit. After submittal of the Plans for permits, no further material changes may be made without the prior approval of Landlord, and then only after agreement by Tenant to pay any costs resulting from the design and/or construction of such changes in excess of the Allowance. Tenant hereby acknowledges that any such changes will be subject to the terms of Section 9 below. Landlord's approval of the Plans has created no liability or responsibility on the part of Landlord for the completeness of such plans or their design sufficiency or compliance with laws.
Submittal of Plans. Landlord shall submit to Tenaxx xxxposed plans for the Tenant Improvements ("Plans") prepared by Designer. Tenant shall approve such Plans within three (3) business days of receipt or designate by written notice to Landlord the specific changes required to be made to the Space Plan, which changes, if approved by Landlord, shall be made by Landlord as soon as reasonably possible. This procedure shall be repeated until the Plans are finally approved by Tenant.
Submittal of Plans. Improvement plans shall be submitted to the City Engineer and other appropriate reviewing agencies for review and approval. Upon the approval of improvement plans, the subdivider shall also submit to the City Engineer a detailed cost estimate of all improvements, based on guidelines provided by the City.
