Common use of Submission of Issues Clause in Contracts

Submission of Issues. Upon request of either party for a meeting to open negotiations, a mutually accepted initial meeting date will be set no later than 150 calendar days before contract expiration. All issues proposed for negotiations will be submitted in writing by the Association and the Board at a second meeting which will be held at a mutually agreeable time and place, but no later than (thirty) 30 calendar days from the initial meeting. Proposals submitted by the parties at the second meeting will be complete. No new proposal may be submitted by either party after its initial proposals have been submitted.
