Submission of Inquiries. The Procurement Officer or the person identified in the Solicitation as the contact for inquiries may require that an inquiry be submitted in writing. Any inquiry related to a Solicitation shall refer to the appropriate Solicitation number, page, and paragraph. Do not place the Solicitation number on the outside of the envelope containing that inquiry since it may then be identified as an Offer and not be opened until after the Offer due date and time.

Submission of Inquiries. All inquiries to the State of Arizona’s Procurement Officer related to the Solicitation are required to be submitted in the State of Arizona’s E-Procurement System, ProcureAZ (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xx.xxx). All interested Proposers shall utilize the Q&A functionality provided through ProcureAZ (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xx.xxx). All responses to inquiries will be answered in the State’s eProcurement system. Any inquiry related to the Solicitation should reference the appropriate solicitation page and paragraph number.
Submission of Inquiries. Supplemental to Uniform Instructions to Offerors paragraph 2.3, all questions related to this solicitation shall be submitted via the Q & A function within the solicitation in ProcureAZ. Inquiries received less than 72 hours prior to the offer opening date are not guaranteed to be answered before the offer due date and time. Only official solicitation amendments issued by the State Procurement Office through ProcureAZ shall constitute a change to the solicitation requirements.

  • Facilitation of Investigation In case of any allegation of violation of any provisions of this Pact or payment of commission, the BUYER or its agencies shall be entitled to examine all the documents including the Books of Accounts of the BIDDER and the BIDDER shall provide necessary information and documents in English and shall extend all possible help for the purpose of such examination.

  • Notification of Incidents If Contractor becomes aware of or has reasonable suspicion of a privacy incident or security incident regarding any State data, Contractor must report such incident to the State and the State Chief Information Security Officer as soon as possible, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours after such incident. The decision to notify the affected data subjects and the form of such notice following report of a privacy incident or security incident are the responsibility of the State. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Contract, Contractor will indemnify, hold harmless and defend the State and its officers, and employees for and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses related to any privacy incident or security incident involving any State data. For purposes of clarification, the foregoing sentence shall in no way limit or diminish Contractor’s obligation(s) to indemnify, save, hold harmless, or defend the State under any other term of this Contract. Contractor will reasonably mitigate any harmful effects resulting from any privacy incident or security incident involving any State data.

  • Submission of Grievances A. Any employee or group of employees shall have the right to present a grievance. No employee or group of employees shall be hindered from or disciplined for exercising this right.
