Submission of Grievance Information. Upon appointment of the arbitrator, the appealing party shall, within ten (10) days after notice of appointment, forward to the arbitrator the submission of the grievance which shall include the following: ● the issues involved ● statement of the facts ● position of the grievant ● the written documents relating to the grievance procedure.
