Submission and Review of Work-in-Progress. SCEA shall require Publisher to submit to SCEA work-in-progress on Licensed PSP Products at intervals to be defined in the PSP SourceBook, throughout the development of the Licensed PSP Product, or if requested by SCEA on written notice to Publisher, at any time during the development process. Publisher shall be responsible for submitting work-in-progress to SCEA in accordance with the product Review Process as determined by SCEA or otherwise set out in the PSP SourceBook. Failure to submit work-in-progress in accordance with any stage of the Review Process may, at SCEA’s discretion, result in revocation of approval of such Product Proposal.

Submission and Review of Work-in-Progress. SCEA shall require Publisher to submit to SCEA work-in-progress on Licensed Products at certain intervals throughout their development and, upon written notice to Publisher, at any time during the development process. Upon approval of the Product Proposal, Publisher must, within the time frame indicated in the approval letter, communicate with SCEA and mutually agree on a framework for the review of such Licensed Product throughout the development process (“Review Process”). Once the Review Process has begun, Publisher shall be responsible for submitting work-in-progress to SCEA in accordance with such Review Process. Failure to submit work-in-progress in accordance with any stage of the Review Process may, at SCEA’s discretion, result in revocation of approval of such Product Proposal.

  • Work in Progress Upon any such early termination of the license granted hereunder in accordance with this Agreement, Licensee shall be entitled to finish any work-in-progress and to sell any completed inventory of a Licensed Product covered by such license which remain on hand as of the date of the termination, so long as Licensee pays to Scripps the royalties applicable to said subsequent sales in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement, provided that no such sales shall be permitted after the expiration of six (6) months after the date of termination.
