Sublicensee Revenues. Sublicensee Revenues accrue upon receipt by Licensee. Within forty-five (45) days of the Sublicensee’s payment date to Licensee, Licensee shall pay University royalty on Sublicensee Revenue as set forth on Schedule 1. Royalty Payments on Sublicensee Revenue made to University may be credited toward the Annual Minimum payments as set forth on Schedule 1 for the License Year that the Sublicensee Revenue royalty payment accrues, and only for that License Year. Licensee shall not receive Sublicensee Revenue other than in the form of cash payments without written approval from University and agreement with University on the fair market value.

Sublicensee Revenues. BERLITZ shall pay CTW 50% of Net Profits in respect of sublicenses of rights granted hereunder to non-BERLITZ Affiliate sublicensees or other non-BERLITZ Affiliate third-parties (collectively, "Sublicensees") of rights granted to BERLITZ hereunder.
Sublicensee Revenues. Subject to the provisions of Section 3.1(d)(vii), Dainippon shall pay to MGI one-third (1/3) of all revenues received by Dainippon from any permitted sublicensee of any of Dainippon rights hereunder, other than royalties on such sublicensee's sales of Products, including, without limitation, any milestone payments, funded research and development fees, licensee fees paid by such sublicensee to Dainippon ("Sublicensee Revenues").
