Common use of SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNMENT Clause in Contracts

SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNMENT. Tenant(s) shall not sublet the premises nor assign this lease or any part thereof without written consent of the Landlord. If the Landlord gives consent, Xxxxxx agrees to pay $300.00 subleasing fee. Subleasing fee must be paid in full and cannot be deducted from security deposits. Furthermore, any approved sublease agreements become a part of this agreement, and therefore, are subject to all terms and conditions brought forth in this lease agreement. Primary tenants on this lease are responsible for lease payments as directed by lease and sub- tenants are responsible to primary tenant for their payment.
