Common use of SUBLEASING AND ASSIGNMENT Clause in Contracts

SUBLEASING AND ASSIGNMENT. Subtenant shall not sublease or assign its rights under this Sublease or its rights with regard to the Subleased Premises without the prior written consent of Prime Landlord in accordance with the Lease and the prior reasonable written consent of Sublandlord.

SUBLEASING AND ASSIGNMENT. Subtenant shall not have no further right to sublease or assign its rights under this Sublease or its rights with regard to all or any part of the Subleased Premises without (i) the prior written consent of Prime Landlord Sublandlord, which consent may not unreasonably be withheld; and (ii) the prior written consent of Landlord, the granting of such consent being governed in accordance with the Lease and terms of the prior reasonable written consent of SublandlordPrime Lease.

SUBLEASING AND ASSIGNMENT. SUBLEASING AND ASSIGNMENT. Subtenant shall not assign this sublease or assign its rights under this Sublease further sublet all or its rights with regard to any part of the Subleased Premises without except subject to and in compliance with all of the prior written consent terms and conditions of Prime Landlord in accordance with the Lease and Sublandlord (in addition to Original Sublandlord and Landlord) shall have the prior reasonable written consent of Sublandlordsame approval rights with respect to assignment and subleasing as Landlord under the Lease.
