Common use of Sublease Term Clause in Contracts

Sublease Term. The Sublease Term shall be for the period commencing on April 1, 1997 or sooner if available, and continuing through October 31, 2000. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term. The Sublease Term shall be for the period commencing on April November 1, 1997 or sooner if available1998, and continuing through October 31April 30, 2000. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term. The term of this Sublease Term (the "Sublease Term") shall be for the period commencing on April 1December 4, 1997 or sooner if available, 1998 and continuing through October March 31, 20002003. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term. The Sublease Term shall be for the period commencing on April September 1, 1997 or sooner if available, (the "Commencement Date") and continuing through October August 31, 2000. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

The Sublease Term shall be for the period commencing on April the later of (i) March 1, 1997 or sooner if available2013 and (ii) the date that Master Lessor consents in writing to this Sublease, and continuing through October 31November 30, 20002014. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.
