SUBLEASE OR ASSIGNMENT. The Tenant further covenants and agrees not to assign or sublet the demised premises or any part of same, or in any other manner transfer the Lease Agreement, leasehold or demised premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord. In the event of such subletting or assignment, Tenant shall remain liable.
