Subject Traffic. 5.1.1 Reciprocal Compensation is applicable for Transport and Termination of Subject Traffic as defined in Section 1.41 and is related to the exchange of traffic described in Section 4.0, as applicable. For the purposes of billing compensation for Subject Traffic, billed minutes will be based upon actual usage recorded, with the exception of traffic described in Section 4.4, where records/reports provided by the transiting carrier shall be the basis for billing if actual usage records are not available. Measured usage begins when the terminating recording switch receives answer supervision from the called end user and ends when the terminating recording switch receives or sends disconnect (release message) supervision, whichever comes first. The measured usage is aggregated at the end of the measurement cycle and rounded to a whole minute. Billing for Subject Traffic shall be based on the aggregated measured usage less traffic that is not Subject Traffic.

Subject Traffic. Traffic (excluding Commercial Mobile Radio Services traffic, e.g., paging, cellular, PCS) that is originated by an End User of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to an End User of the other Party on that Party’s network where both End Users are physically located within Xxxxx’x local service exchange area or mandatory EAS service area as defined in Xxxxx’x effective Local Exchange Tariff. Subject Traffic does not include optional local calling scope traffic, i.e. optional rate packages that permit the End User to choose a local calling scope beyond their basic exchange serving area for an additional fee, referred to hereafter as “optional EAS,” or FX Traffic. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Traffic delivered to Xxxxx by TCA that exceeds a 3:1 ratio of traffic delivered to TCA by Xxxxx is non-Subject Traffic, unless proven to be Subject Traffic utilizing the Dispute Resolution process. Any traffic not defined as Subject Traffic is non-Subject Traffic and is subject to the terminating Party’s applicable access tariff rates regardless of the technology used to deliver the traffic.

Subject Traffic. 5.1 Subject to the provisions of Section each Party shall pay the other Party for Transport and Termination of Subject Traffic that either Party delivers to the other Party‘s network pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. These charges and rates do not apply to any other types of traffic or for traffic delivered in any other areas other than those set forth in this Agreement and described in Appendix A. The Parties agree that WKRTC will not provide any compensation to NPCR for traffic associated with one-way CMRS, including paging services, provided by NPCR.

Related to Subject Traffic

  • Direct transport 1. In order for originating goods to maintain their originating status, the goods shall be transported directly between the Parties. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the following shall be considered to be transported directly from the exporting Party to the importing Party: (a) goods that are transported without passing through the territory of a non-Party; and (b) goods whose transport involves transit through one or more non-Parties, with or without trans-shipment or temporary storage in such non-Parties, under control of the customs authority, provided that the goods do not: (i) enter into trade or commerce there; and (ii) undergo any operation there other than unloading and reloading, repacking, or any operation required to keep them in good condition. 3. Compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be demonstrated by presenting the following documentation to the customs authority of the importing Party: (a) in the case of transit or trans-shipment, the transportation documents, such as the airway xxxx, the xxxx of lading, or the multimodal or combined transportation document, that certify the transport from the country of origin to the importing country, as the case may be; and (b) in the case of storage, the transportation documents, such as the airway xxxx, the xxxx of lading, or the multimodal or combined transportation document, that certify the transport from the country of origin to the importing country, as the case may be, as well as the documents issued by the customs authority or other competent authority that authorized this operation in accordance with the domestic legislation of the non-Party.

  • Direct Trunked Transport 7.3.2.1 Either Party may elect to purchase direct trunked transport from the other Party.

  • Transit Traffic The following rates will apply:

  • Non-Paid Status During Treatment After Positive Test The employee will be in a non-pay status during any absence for evaluation or treatment, while participating in a rehabilitation program.

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

  • Contract Transition Upon Contract expiration or termination, the Contractor shall ensure a seamless transfer of Contract responsibilities with any subsequent Contractor necessary to transition the Products and services of the Contract. The incumbent Contractor assumes all expenses related to the contract transition.

  • Compliance Audit LEA shall have the right but shall be under no obligation to conduct audit(s), from time to time, of Provider’s records concerning its compliance obligations as set forth in this Article V. Provider shall make such records and other documents available to LEA upon request.

  • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.

  • Hearing Tests Audiometric tests should be conducted within two months of a person commencing employment, and thereafter at intervals of two years.

  • MASTER CONTRACT TRANSITION Contractor represents and warrants that, in the event this Master Contract or a similar contract, is transitioned to another contractor (e.g., Master Contract expiration or termination), Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Enterprise Services for a period of sixty (60) days to effectuate a smooth transition to another contractor to minimize disruption of service and/or costs to the State of Washington.
