Subject Matter of Protection. 1. Any sign or combination of signs capable of distinguishing the goods or services of a natural or legal person from those of another natural or legal person may constitute a trademark. Such signs may be registered as trademarks, in particular words, including personal names, letters, numerals, figurative elements and combinations of colors, as well as any combination of these signs.
