Subject Matter Experts. Either party may invite subject matter experts to present information during formal negotiation sessions when pertinent topics are under negotiations for a time period agreed to by the parties. When possible, subject matter experts shall reflect diversity in terms of years and experience in the Department, different shifts and assignments, and reflect the range of tasks under consideration. Where a subject matter expert is critical to the successful representation of employees with the Agency and the expertise is not available from the AFGE Council representatives in Sections 2 and 4, the Agency will make that individual available and may authorize travel and per diem as appropriate.

BPELS shall interview Subject Matter Experts previously vetted by the former BGG for evaluation of examination materials and participation in enforcement actions until new Subject Matter Experts shall have been designated by the Geology Program Director or Geophysicist for possible use as current Subject Matter Experts;
Subject Matter Experts. If you are a subject matter expert in one of our seven policy areas, you may self-identify for future opportunities to volunteer on a committee. When a vacancy arises within our committees and task forces, we may recruitment you to join. In addition, subject matter experts can be invited for project-specific work on committee initiatives.
Subject Matter Experts. Lockheed Mxxxxx, at its own discretion, may assist Terran in the development of future manufacturing facilities. Lockheed Mxxxxx at its own expense may make available Subject Matter Experts (SME) and other knowledgeable staff to assist Terran in the creation of production lines, production facilities, and supply chain for such facilities. Lockheed Mxxxxx shall not be responsible for advice, direction, or guidance provided in this assistance. Lockheed Mxxxxx’x participation is to ensure that such facilities are capable of meeting Lockheed Mxxxxx’x production & manufacturing needs.
