Subject and Scope of Services. 1. The Scope of Services to be provided under this Agreement shall be as outlined in the Scope of Services of the Commission’s dated , including Addenda and and further supplemented by the Consultant’s dated , . The above referenced _ and its addenda are attached hereto as Attachment A and made a part hereof. The Consultant’s is attached hereto as Attachment B and made a part hereof. The Commission’s , Notice of Award letter is attached hereto as Attachment C and made part hereof. In the event of conflicts, inconsistencies or discrepancies between and/or within the contract documents including, but not limited to, the Commission’s Request for Proposal, the Consultant’s Proposal, Rate Schedule and Fee Proposal, any problem statement or any specific Task Order Assignment, the Consultant shall provide the better quality or greater quantity of Scope of Services, at no additional cost to the Commission, in accordance with the Commission’s interpretation. Specific Task Order Assignments shall be issued by the Commission on an as needed basis, as determined by the Commission in its sole discretion, and such Task Order Assignments shall be performed under the direction of the Executive Director and/or his/her designee. When the services of the Consultant are desired by the Commission, the Executive Director and/or his/her designee will provide the Consultant with a problem statement for each assignment. The Consultant shall submit a detailed scope of services and fee proposal for each assignment, which the Consultant indicates will address the problem statement, to the Executive Director and/or his/her designee within five (5) working days or fewer if required by the Commission.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”). All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Contract, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Client agrees that Xxxxxx may choose to associate additional law firm(s) and/or lawyer(s) to represent Client in connection with the investigation and prosecution of the rights Client has as a purchaser of publically traded securities of Xxxxxx, and Client understands that such representation shall be on the same terms as those described in this agreement.

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • General Scope of Work The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.

  • CHANGES IN SCOPE OF SERVICES Only the Xxxxxx County Board of Supervisors has the authority to agree to any extension of time, change order, change in the scope of work, change in the contract price, or other term or condition affecting either Contractor's or County's duties set forth herein. Adjustments in compensation, if any, shall be determined through negotiation between the parties to the Agreement and are subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors. Contractor acknowledges that no County staff person or County officer other than the Board of Supervisors has the power to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any change not so authorized in advance in writing by the Board of Supervisors shall be null and void.

  • Services Rendered/Scope of Work The Contractor shall, in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by the Authority, render the services described in Exhibit A, which is attached and made a part of this Agreement.
