Common use of SUBCONTRACTUAL RELATIONS Clause in Contracts

SUBCONTRACTUAL RELATIONS. a) If the Contractor will cause any part of this Agreement to be performed by a Subcontractor, the provisions of this Contract will apply to such Subcontractor and its officers, agents and employees in all respects as if it and they were employees of the Contractor; and the Contractor will not be in any manner thereby discharged from its obligations and liabilities hereunder, but will be liable hereunder for all acts and negligence of the Subcontractor, its officers, agents, and employees, as if they were employees of the Contractor. The services performed by the Subcontractor will be subject to the provisions hereof as if performed directly by the Contractor.

The services performed by the Subcontractor will be subject to the provisions hereof as if performed directly by the Contractor.

The services performed by the Subcontractor Subconsultant will be subject to the provisions hereof as if performed directly by the ContractorConsultant.
