Common use of Subcontractors Required to Comply Clause in Contracts

Subcontractors Required to Comply. You will incorporate all of the provisions set forth in this Section in all subcontracts entered into with all suppliers of materials, furnishers of services, subcontractors of any tier, and labor organizations which furnish skilled, unskilled and craft union skilled labor, or which may provide any materials, labor or services in connection with this Agreement. You must cause your subcontractors to execute such certificates as may be necessary in furtherance of these provisions. Such certifications will be attached and incorporated by reference in the applicable subcontracts. If any subcontractor is a partnership or joint venture, you will also include provisions in your subcontract insuring that the entities comprising such partnership or joint venture will be jointly and severally liable for the partnership’s or joint venture’s obligations under the subcontract.
