Subcontractor's Agreements. The Design Professional further certifies that each contract for Subcontractor Services for this Project shall contain language that binds the Subcontractor to comply with the provisions of Article IV, Section 4.7 of this Agreement, as required by Sections 2.A.(1) through (3) of Council Policy 100-17.
