Subcontractor Information. Supplier shall furnish copies of Subcontracts or purchase orders or such other information with respect to its Subcontractors as System Owner or the Lenders may reasonably request, provided that Supplier may redact certain proprietary information in its reasonable discretion, such as the actual dollar amounts of such purchase orders. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if and to the extent any of System Owner’s or any Lender’s auditors or appraisers or any Governmental Authority reasonably require any such redacted confidential information, Supplier shall allow such auditors or appraisers, as applicable, to review such confidential information at Supplier’s office location; provided that such auditors or appraisers shall be informed of their obligation to hold such confidential information in confidence, consistent with such auditors’ or appraisers’ usual and customary practice.

Subcontractor Information. If the bid offer includes the use of subcontractors, the Bidder must identify specific subcontractors and the specific requirements of this IFB for which each proposed subcontractor would perform services. Contractor’s license numbers must be provided, for work where a Contractor’s license is required. In compliance with the provisions of Section 4100 thru 4109 of the Public Contract Code of the State of California and any amendments thereto, the undersigned Bidder shall list on the SUBCONTRACTORS LIST FORM the name, business address, and portion of the work of each subcontractor who will perform work, labor, or render services to the Bidder under this bid in excess of one-half (1/2) of one percent (1%) of the total bid, or in the case of streets or highways including bridges, in excess of one-half (1/2) of one percent (1%) of the total bid or Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00), whichever is greater. The Bidder agrees that any portions of the work in excess of one-half (1/2) of one percent (1%) of the total amount of this bid; or Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00), if applicable; and for which no subcontractor is designated herein, will be performed by the Bidder.
