Common use of Subcontract Work Clause in Contracts

Subcontract Work. a. Subcontractor agrees to furnish all labor, supervision, safety protection, insurance, materials, fixtures, equipment, tools, supplies, other property and services necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner and in strict compliance with the Subcontract Documents, including but not limited to all of the work and services (herein termed “Subcontract Work”) described in the Scope of Subcontract Work, Subcontractor pre-award meeting, and on the Exhibits identified below which are attached and incorporated as part of this Subcontract by reference:

Subcontract Work. a. The Subcontractor agrees to shall furnish all of the labor, supervision, safety protection, insurance, materials, fixturesplans, equipment, tools, supplies, services and other property and services necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner and in strict compliance with the Subcontract Documents, items (including but not limited to all competent supervision, shop drawings, samples, tools, protection, hoisting and scaffolding) as necessary for the proper performance of the work and services (herein termed “Subcontract Work”) described in the Scope of Subcontract Work, Subcontractor pre-award meetingas set forth in Exhibit A, and on the Exhibits identified below which are attached and incorporated as part of this Subcontract by reference:hereto.

Subcontract Work. a. Subcontractor agrees to shall furnish all labor, supervision, safety protection, insurance, materials, fixturesfuel, equipment, tools, machinery, and supplies; perform all work; obtain all necessary permits; pay all state sales taxes, state and federal unemployment taxes, and all other property taxes and services fees associated with the subcontract labor or materials; provide all required construction layout and surveying; provide the insurance required herein; and do all things necessary to perform complete the work described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and complete in a good incorporated herein (herein called the “ Subcontract Work”), together with all appurtenant and workmanlike manner and related work in strict compliance with the Subcontract Documents, including but not limited to all of the work and services (herein termed “Subcontract Work”) described in the Scope of Subcontract Work, Subcontractor pre-award meeting, and on the Exhibits identified below which are attached and incorporated as part of this Subcontract by reference:Contract Documents .
