Subcontract Provisions. The Subrecipient will include the provisions of Paragraphs X.A, Civil Rights, and B, Affirmative Action, in every subcontract or purchase order, specifically or by reference, so that such provisions will be binding upon each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors.
Subcontract Provisions i. Contractor shall include all of the foregoing provisions in all of its subcontracts.

Subcontract Provisions. The Developer will include the Civil Rights and Affirmative Action provisions of this Agreement in every subcontract or purchase order, specifically or by reference, so that such provisions will be binding upon each sub-Developer or vendor.
Subcontract Provisions. Contractor shall cause appropriate provisions to be inserted in all subcontracts relative to the Work, to bind Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers to Contractor by the terms of the Contract Documents insofar as applicable to the Work of Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers and to give Contractor the same power with respect to terminating any subcontract that Owner may exercise over Contractor under any provisions of the Contract Documents. Contractor shall require all Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers to be bound by the Contract Documents.
Subcontract Provisions. Grantee shall include provisions adequate to effectuate the purposes of Section 7 of this Attachment B in all subcontracts under the Agreement in the course of which intellectual property may be produced or acquired.

Subcontract Provisions. Contractor shall ensure that Subcontracts made with Subcontractors having a value of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars or more are made in writing. Contractor shall make reasonable efforts to require that each such Subcontract shall provide that the rights and obligations of REV A Contractor under each such Subcontract are assignable to Company, its successors and assigns upon Company’s written request accompanied by proof of source of payment to such Subcontractor’s satisfaction, following any termination of this Contract.
