Subcontract Price. As listed in Schedule A, prices are to include all labor, materials, equipment, rent, supplies, taxes, insurances, and all of the items of cost necessary to complete the item(s) of Work. In the event that Contractor pays any charges incurred by Subcontractor, Subcontractor must reimburse Contractor in full within five days after such payments are made. In exchange for the proper and timely performance of the Work, Contractor shall pay Subcontractor the Subcontract Price per Schedule A as follows:
Subcontract Price. For each Project, Subcontractor shall be paid (the “Contract Price”) for the Work performed by Subcontractor for each Project, which sum is the complete price, including, but not limited to, all, labor, rental of equipment, tools, permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, bonds, transportation, meals, lodging, overtime, profit, overhead, electric and water meters and supply lines.
Subcontract Price. 2.1 In consideration of Subcontractor's performance of this Subcontract Agreement, and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, Contractor shall pay to Subcontractor the total sum of ____________ dollars ($000,000.00). Said Subcontract Agreement price is dependent upon the Subcontractor completing the Work as agreed to in this agreement. Should said Work not be completed as agreed, the Subcontract Agreement amount shall be modified accordingly.
Subcontract Price. For each Project, Subcontractor shall be paid (the “Contract Price”) for the Work performed by Subcontractor for each Project, which sum is the complete price, including, but not limited to, all, labor, rental of equipment, tools, permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, bonds, transportation, meals, lodging, overtime, profit, overhead, electric and water meters and supply lines. No other or additional amount shall be paid without a written change order signed by Contractor and Subcontractor. Change orders, signed by both parties, may also reduce the Contract Price. For the Contract Price and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Subcontractor and the Contractor hereby agree as follows:

Subcontract Works The physical works which the Subcontractor must design (to the extent required by the Contract), construct, commission, complete and hand over to the Contractor in accordance with the Subcontract. Subcontract Works Description The documents in Annexure 3. Subcontractor The person specified in the Subcontract Particulars. Subcontractor Deed of Covenant A subcontractor deed of covenant in the form set out in the Schedule of Collateral Documents. Subcontractor Design Certificate A subcontractor design certificate in the form set out in the Schedule of Collateral Documents. Subcontractor Estate Information Obligation
Subcontract Price. The price for any Subcontract Work shall be as set forth in the applicable Work Order subject to adjustments as provided in the applicable Contract Documents.
Subcontract Price. The amount specified in the Subcontract Particulars as adjusted, subject to clause 16.5, under the Subcontract. Subcontract Works The physical works, a brief description of which is specified in the Subcontract Particulars, which the Subcontractor must design (to the extent required by the Subcontract), construct, commission, complete and hand over to the Contractor in accordance with the Subcontract. Subcontract Works Description The documents in Annexure 3. Subcontractor The person specified in the Subcontract Particulars. Subcontractor Deed of Covenant A subcontractor deed of covenant in the form set out in the Schedule of Collateral Documents. Subcontractor Design Certificate A design certificate in the form set out in the Schedule of Collateral Documents. Subcontractor HOTO Obligation Any task, function, requirement or obligation relating to the HOTO Process (including commissioning of the Subcontract Works or a Stage) required to be performed by the Subcontractor under this Subcontract or which a HOTO Requirement allocates, or would reasonably be inferred as allocating, to the Subcontractor, including those that the HOTO Plan and Checklist expressly allocates to the "Contractor Representative" (as that term is used in the HOTO Plan and Checklist) as applicable to the Subcontractor's Activities.
Subcontract Price. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor for completion of the Work in accordance with the Subcontract Documents the lump sum of [Subcontract Price] (the “Subcontract Price.”) The Subcontract Price includes all costs and expenses to perform the Work, and associated with the performance of the Work, including, without limitation, (1) all applicable transportation charges, costs and expenses, and (2) all applicable taxes including, without limitation, applicable taxes under any law now existing, or which may hereafter be adopted by federal, state, local or other governmental authorities, taxing the labor, materials, or equipment furnished, or any other tax levied as a result of performance of the Work. The Subcontract Price may be adjusted only as provided for in Article V.
Subcontract Price. CH2M HILL agrees to pay to Subcontractor for the satisfactory performance of Subcontractor’s Work the amount specified in Exhibit C, Subcontract Price Schedule, subject to additions or deductions as provided in Article 7. Any applicable alternates and unit prices are set forth in Exhibit C.
Subcontract Price. The Subcontract Price is $ dollars in Canadian Funds exclusive of any value-added tax ("VAT", which shall include but not be limited to the Goods and Services Tax or the Harmonized Sales Tax as applicable under the Excise Tax Act) and inclusive of all other federal and provincial taxes of any kind whatsoever, and the Subcontract Price shall be subject to adjustment by the amount of any increase or decrease in cost to the Subcontractor due to changes to such included taxes arising after the time of bid closing. The Subcontract amount will be adjusted based on approved quantities and unit prices for all unit price items.
