Common use of Sub Clause in Contracts

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each of the portfolios (“Funds”) of Federated Income Securities Trust ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement, such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each the Federated Xxxxxxxx Fund (the "Fund"), a portfolio of the portfolios (“Funds”) of Federated Income Securities Trust Equity Funds ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement), such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, Fund which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each of the portfolios (“Funds”) of Federated Income Securities Trust Stock and Bond Fund ("TrustFund") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement, such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each the Federated Kxxxxxxx Large Cap Fund (the “Fund”), a portfolio of the portfolios Federated Equity Funds (“FundsTrust”) of Federated Income Securities Trust ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement), such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, Fund which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("“Classes"”). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each of the portfolios (“Funds”) of Federated Income Securities Trust Stock and Bond Fund, Inc. ("TrustFund") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement, such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each the Federated Managed Risk Fund (the “Fund”), a portfolio of the portfolios Federated Equity Funds (“FundsTrust”) of Federated Income Securities Trust ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement), such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, Fund which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("“Classes"”). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each the Federated Large Cap Growth Fund (the "Fund"), a portfolio of the portfolios (“Funds”) of Federated Income Securities Trust Equity Funds ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement), such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, Fund which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each of the portfolios (“"Funds”") of Federated Income Securities Trust Equity Funds ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement, such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each of the portfolios (“"Funds”") of Federated Income Securities Trust ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement, such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each the Federated Capital Income Fund (the "Fund"), a portfolio of the portfolios (“Funds”) of Federated Income Securities Trust ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement), such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, Fund which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each of the portfolios (“"Funds”") of Federated Income Securities Trust Managed Allocation Portfolios ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement, such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each of the portfolios (“"Funds”") of Federated Income Securities Trust Insurance Series ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit to this Agreement, such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Sub. Adviser hereby agrees to furnish to Adviser in its capacity as investment adviser to each the portfolios of the portfolios (“Funds”) of Federated Income Securities Trust Equity Funds ("Trust") for which Adviser executes an Exhibit designated from time to time on the exhibits to this AgreementAgreement (each, a "Fund"), such investment advice, statistical and other factual information, as may from time to time be reasonably requested by Adviser for the Fund, Fund which may be offered in one or more classes of shares ("Classes"). Both Adviser and Sub-Adviser are registered as investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
