Sub-Recipient. 1. Sub-recipient agrees to complete the research, prepare and deliver written Reports, deliver all Deliverables to WRF, and perform such other functions, all in accordance with the schedules and other requirements set forth in the Exhibits and this PFA. Sub-recipient shall itself, and shall require all its Subcontractors to, perform the Project and all related activities in full compliance with all laws, regulations, ordinances, and other requirements governing them. All Reports shall be sent to the Research Program Manager with a copy to the Project Coordinator.

Sub-Recipient. Akin to a subcontractor. Any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for the Recipient, an Affiliate, or a Sub-Recipient. A Sub-Recipient differs from an Affiliate in that Sub-Recipients are not listed as an Affiliate in Attachment 3 and may be used to execute tasks under the SOW by Recipient or Affiliate.

Sub-Recipient. All or part of this Agreement will be paid with Federal awards. Contractor is designated as a Sub-recipient and the federal funds received under this agreement are designated as a subaward of the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CSLFRF). Federally awarded funds must be used in accordance with Federal statutes, regulations and the terms and conditions of the Federal award.
Sub-Recipient. Any local government receiving SHIP funds which administers any portion of the SHIP program through a Sub Recipient shall bear responsibility for actions of the sub recipient and shall monitor all sub recipients to insure compliance is maintained on all SHIP funded activities.
