SUB-CONTRACTS. a) The Contractor shall not transfer, assign or sub-let any part of this Contract without the written consent of the Director of Works. Such consent, if given, shall not in any way relieve the Contractor of any of the duties, obligations or liabilities created by the terms and conditions of this Contract.
