SUB-CONTRACTS. (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):
SUB-CONTRACTS. 25.1 Pentana Solutions may sub-contract for the performance of this Agreement or any part of this Agreement to the extent specified in the SLA or upon obtaining (subject to subclause 25.3) the Customer’s prior written consent.
SUB-CONTRACTS. 12.01 The employer will stipulate as a term or condition for letting any contract for work on the project (job site) during its construction that the proposed sub-contractor shall observe the provisions of this Collective Agreement as if the same were duly executed by such sub- contractors. Any such sub-contractor shall acknowledge in writing that it has notice of this Agreement and that it will abide by the Agreement and Craft Schedule. For the purpose of this clause "sub-contractor" shall mean any contractor who performs work for the employer on the project (job site).
SUB-CONTRACTS a. The Contractor shall not place any sub-contracts for work under the Agreement, with the exception of those Sub-Contracts identified in any proposal referred to in this Agreement, without the prior written approval of the Commercial Department.
SUB-CONTRACTS. (a) The Administrator may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Clause 3.2(b) herein):
SUB-CONTRACTS. 9.1 When contracting or sub-contracting, the employer agrees that any and all of the acknowledged work herein contained in Article 29 and Clause 19 of this Agreement covering Trade Jurisdiction must be contracted or subcontracted to an employer who is a signatory to this Provincial Agreement.

SUB-CONTRACTS. 14.01 The Employer agrees that it will not sub-contract work to any Contractor who is not under the Collective Agreement with the appropriate signatory Building Trades Council Union(s) excluding specialty contracts not normally performed by the above Trades Council Union(s).
SUB-CONTRACTS. The Tenderer shall not sub contract the whole or any part of the work.
SUB-CONTRACTS a) The Contractor shall not transfer, assign or sub-let any part of this Contract without the written consent of the Director of Works. Such consent, if given, shall not in any way relieve the Contractor of any of the duties, obligations or liabilities created by the terms and conditions of this Contract.
