Common use of Sub-Contractors Clause in Contracts

Sub-Contractors. Where a party has sub-contracted its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party in accordance with Clause 7.6, references to that party in this Agreement shall, with the exception of Clause 6 and without prejudice to Clause 7.6, include references to any sub-contractor so appointed.

Sub-Contractors. Where a party has sub-contracted its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party a sub-contractor in accordance with Clause 7.68.6, references to that party in this Agreement shall, with the exception of Clause 6 7 and without prejudice to Clause 7.68.6, include references to any sub-contractor so appointed.
