Study. Upon written application on the form provided in the appendices, a leave of absence for up to one (1) year shall be granted to any semi-permanent or permanent teacher for the purpose of engaging in study at an accredited college or university. Such leave request must be submitted to the Superintendent by June 1. Teachers must notify the Board on or before April 1 of their intention to return for the following school year.
