Klíčové datum zařazení je definováno jako 100. (stý) kalendářní den po vstupní návštěvě Místa klinického hodnocení b) Roche nebo Zdravotnické zařízení jsou oprávněni odstoupit od Smlouvy s účinností ke dni doručení oznámení o odstoupení poslední smluvní straně v těchto případech: (i) kterákoli ze smluvních stran nesplní některé ustanovení této Smlouvy a neodstraní takový nesouladu do 60 dnů po obdržení písemné výzvy k jeho odstranění; (ii) kterákoli ze smluvních stran se vyrovná s věřiteli nebo podá návrh na konkurs;
Study Completion. The PI will complete and report the study in satisfactory compliance with the protocol. It is agreed that, for any reasonable cause, either the PI or the sponsor, Venus Concept®, may terminate this study, provided a written notice is submitted at a reasonable time in advance of intended termination. If the study is terminated for safety reasons, the investigator will be notified immediately by telephone, followed by written instructions for study termination notification.

Study Completion. The study is considered completed with the last visit of the last subject undergoing the study. The final data from the investigational site will be sent to the sponsor (or designee) in a timely manner as agreed upon with the sponsor, following completion of the final subject visit at that site.
