Student Transportation. No employee shall be required to transport a student in his personal automobile. In the event a principal requests any employee to transport students in his personal automobile and such employee so agrees, authorization shall be in writing. In that event, the Employer will hold such employee harmless for claims or damages to persons or property arising out of, or directly related to, the use of such automobile for the transportation of such students within the limits of liability set forth in subparagraph (5) of Section 768.28, Florida Statutes.

Student Transportation. A. Teachers shall not be required to transport students to activities which take place away from the school building. Teachers may do so voluntarily with proof of insurance; however, unacceptable vehicles are vans or mini-vans. The only vehicles authorized for nine (9) passengers including the driver are a Suburban or Expedition. Any more than nine (9) passengers must be transported in a school bus. All occupants must have seat belts available and are required to wear them while the vehicle is in motion. Maintenance of a student roster and taking roll each time students disembark and return to the vehicle is required.

Student Transportation. If CHARTER SCHOOL elects to provide transportation for its students, CHARTER SCHOOL will be permitted to contract directly with AUTHORIZER’s transportation vendor on the same terms and conditions as transportation services are provided to the AUTHORIZER. If CHARTER SCHOOL elects not to provide transportation for its pupils, CHARTER SCHOOL shall not receive any funds that otherwise would have been spent to do so. For pupils who reside outside the district and who have been approved by the GOVERNING BODY to attend CHARTER SCHOOL, CHARTER SCHOOL is not required to provide or pay for transportation nor shall AUTHORIZER allocate any funds for such transportation. At the time a student enrolls in CHARTER SCHOOL, CHARTER SCHOOL shall provide the student’s parent or guardian with information regarding transportation. CHARTER SCHOOL shall include in its annual reports required herein and pursuant to the Act what transportation plans are in effect for CHARTER SCHOOL.
Student Transportation. The Education Corporation shall meet the transportation needs of students ineligible for transportation pursuant to Education Law § 3635 only to the extent provided for in each school’s charter application as set forth in the Terms of Operation. The Education Corporation may contract with a school district for the provision of supplemental transportation services to any school. All transportation provided by the Education Corporation shall comply with all safety laws and regulations applicable to other public schools. Notwithstanding the above, the Education Corporation’s failure to provide such supplemental transportation as is contemplated in the Terms of Operation for a school where such transportation was to be provided by contract with the school district, shall not be deemed a material or substantial violation of the charter as defined in the Act, where the Education Corporation has attempted to negotiate such contract in good faith with the applicable school district. In such event, the Trustees may require the Education Corporation to provide the contemplated supplemental transportation services by alternate means if such means would be reasonable under the circumstances.
Student Transportation. The SENDING SCHOOL DISTRICT shall be responsible for providing all students listed in Appendix A of the Agreement with transportation to and from school.

Student Transportation. I agree to provide my own transportation to and from classroom, hospital and other activities. When carpooling, if one student leaves, the others in the carpool must make alternate ride arrangements or be docked the time missed.
