Student-Teacher Ratios. 1. In determining student-teacher ratio, only classroom teachers shall be counted, except in those cases where other staff members teach part-time. In such cases, that portion of time spent in the classroom shall be counted in determining student-teacher ratio.
Student-Teacher Ratios. K12 will make recommendations to the Board for an appropriate ratio of teachers to pupils for the Program to ensure academic performance, including K-8 and high school, subject to the terms and conditions of the Charter and/or Applicable Law. The Board shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to recommendations that are consistent with the terms and conditions of the Charter and Applicable Law.
