STUDENT SELECTION a. Minimum School Day - The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall certify that it shall teach SCHOOL DISTRICT students participating as part of a CCAP Agreement no less than the number of instructional minutes required to complete a minimum school day pursuant to Education Code §§ 46141 and 46142. In all circumstances the COLLEGE shall claim allowable FTES for the enrollment of high school students in a CCAP Agreement community college course.

STUDENT SELECTION. Both universities agree to admit qualified students from the partner university to a course of studies. Exchange students from both institutions will be selected by the home institution and recommended to the host institution. The host institution retains the right to approve or reject the recommendation based on the students’ qualifications in meeting the admission requirements at the host institution.
STUDENT SELECTION. Herkimer College will be responsible for identifying interested candidates for the program. Herkimer College will promote the program on its website and offer prospective students the opportunity to express their intention to be part of the transfer partnership agreement through their first year at Herkimer.

The committee will consist of the program instructor, the Association President or designated officer and two (2) members appointed by the Superintendent to meet annually, or as needed, to establish guidelines.

Jamestown Community College will designate appropriate prerequisites for matriculation in any of the curricula included in this Program. Students applying to the Program cannot have completed more than 30 credit hours in the Jamestown Community College parallel academic major at the time of their Program application. With the exception of courses taken while still in high school, students cannot be considered for the Program if they have taken courses at any college other than Jamestown Community College. Applicants selected for the Program will receive both a letter of admission from the Admissions Office at Jamestown Community College and a letter of admission from the Assistant Director of Admissions at University at Buffalo. These letters establish eligibility to matriculate in a parallel baccalaureate major upon completion of the prescribed associate degree requirements at Jamestown Community College. Students selected for the Program will be advised in the letter of admission from University at Buffalo of any special conditions, such as GPA requirement, which may affect their eligibility to continue studies at the University. Academic Majors The following academic majors at Jamestown Community College and at University at Buffalo may be selected by students who enroll in the Program: PARALLEL MAJORS UB Academic Majors JCC Academic Majors Biotechnology B.S.
