Student Profile. The College is particularly successful in attracting widening participation students and currently almost half the HE student profile are identified as WP through post code analysis. In 2008/9 more than two thirds of students took out a student loan for their tuition fees. Just over half of these were eligible for a maintenance grant. The College recruits more female students than male on full time courses although part time numbers show a gender balance. Around three quarters of students are white – British with the remaining students coming from a diverse range of backgrounds. Half of all full time students are aged between 19 and 24 with 17% falling in the highest age category of 35-60. On part time courses the numbers are more equally spread across all age levels.

  • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.

Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
