STUDENT PARKING. The following procedures are provided for all assigned students who operate vehicles at Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx Academy of Technology: • Students with a valid vehicle parking permit must park in the assigned student parking lot and parking space ONLY. • Parking permits MUST be placed on the front windshield directly above the state inspection sticker. • Students ARE NOT allowed to purchase parking permits for other students. • Parking in areas other than the student parking lot is strictly forbidden and may result in forfeiture of parking privileges for the remaining school year.

STUDENT PARKING. Students are expected to follow the Aberdeen School District policy for parking on school property. Students must: Obtain a parking permit, show proof of a driver's license, show proof of insurance. Students are NOT allowed to sit in cars during the school day and must have an escort to the car if they need to get something out of the car. Students are not allowed to transport other students off campus during the school day without permission from the parents of ALL students involved. It is NOT OK to smoke/vape inside a car while on school grounds. Skateboarding/Biking/Blading Campus is never to be used for skateboarding, biking, skating, or rollerblading. If you board or ride to school, please walk on campus with your ride. That includes ebikes or hoverboards.

Related to STUDENT PARKING

  • Car Parking You will not be entitled to apply for permit parking on the Campus unless you are entitled to an exemption from this policy.

  • Vehicle Parking Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking. Lessee shall not use more parking spaces than said number. Said parking spaces shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Lessor in the Rules and Regulations (as defined in Paragraph 40) issued by Lessor. (Also see Paragraph 2.9.)

  • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • SHOPPING CENTRES 1. The general terms and provisions of the VBIA shall apply to “Shopping Centres” (as defined) with the following variations:

  • Lots 5.1. The 1 (one) standard lot size is the measurement unit specified for each CFD. The Company may offer standard lots, micro-lots and mini-lots, in its discretion, as defined from time to time in the Contract Specifications or the Company’s Website.

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Land The real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Land”);

  • WATERBEDS The Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Shall have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises. ☐ - Shall not have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises.

  • Area The sphere of operation shall be England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
