Student Misbehavior. 1. Any case of student misbehavior or assault against a bus driver shall promptly be reported to the Transportation Supervisor/designee.

Student Misbehavior breaches of the Code of Student Conduct, disruptions, and other transgressions or omissions by a student that occur on school grounds, school transportation or during a school sponsored or related event.
Student Misbehavior. School authorities will endeavor to achieve correction of student misbehavior through counseling, interviews, and conferences which, when warranted, shall be extended to include the child's parents. Suspension may be imposed for serious or persistent infractions of normal good behavior in accordance with Board policy.
Student Misbehavior. When student misbehavior occurs on the bus, the driver will submit a written or electronic report to the building principal. A response will be sent to the driver after the principal meets with the student.

The student’s parents will be notified of such meeting. Should such gross 37 misbehavior persist, the student will be suspended from school until a parent meets with a Building 38 Administrator. 39

  • Catastrophic Leave Program Leave credits, as defined below, may be transferred from one or more employees to another employee, on an hour-for-hour basis, in accordance with departmental policies upon the request of both the receiving employee and the transferring employee and upon approval of the employee's appointing authority, under the following conditions:

  • Improper Layoff Any employee who is improperly laid off shall be reemployed immediately upon discovery of the error and shall be reimbursed for all loss of salary and benefits.

  • Catastrophic Leave The County will administer a Catastrophic Leave procedure designed to permit individual donations of annual leave, vacation, healthcare leave (8 hours maximum per fiscal year), compensatory and/or PIP leave time to an employee who is required to be on an extended unpaid leave due to a catastrophic medical condition or other serious circumstances.

  • Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12.
