STUDENT INTERVIEW HOURS. All full time faculty will schedule a minimum of eight (8) hours per week to meet with students. These hours shall be scheduled at times mutually convenient to the student and the teacher. The goal of scheduling these hours is to ensure student access to instructors to discuss student concerns, problems, and progress. The schedule will be publicized. However, counselling of students is not limited to only these scheduled hours. Obviously, students may wish to speak with teachers at other times, e.g. before or after classes, and faculty must be available for such consultations. Part-time faculty are also expected to make themselves available to students for normal day to day consultations as part of their regular teaching responsibility.
