STUDENT CHANGE OF RESIDENCE. Within five (5) school days from the date CONTRACTOR becomes aware of a student’s change of residence, CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA, in writing, of the student’s change of residence as specified in LEA Procedures. Upon enrollment, CONTRACTOR shall notify parents in writing of their obligation to notify CONTRACTOR of the student’s change of residence. CONTRACTOR shall maintain, and provide upon request by XXX, documentation of such notice to parents. If CONTRACTOR had knowledge or should reasonably have had knowledge of the student’s change of residence boundaries and CONTRACTOR fails to follow the procedures specified in this provision, XXX shall not be responsible for the costs of services delivered following the student’s change of residence.

Upon enrollment, CONTRACTOR shall notify parents in writing of their obligation to notify CONTRACTOR of the student’s change of residence. CONTRACTOR shall maintain, and provide upon request by XXX, documentation of such notice to parents. If CONTRACTOR had knowledge or should reasonably have had knowledge of the student’s change of residence boundaries and CONTRACTOR fails to follow the procedures specified in this provision, Shasta SELPA/District of Residence shall not be responsible for the costs of services delivered after the student’s change of residence.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.

  • Nature of Relationship The Company acknowledges and agrees that in connection with the offering and the sale of the Notes or any other services the Underwriters may be deemed to be providing hereunder, notwithstanding any preexisting relationship, advisory or otherwise, between the parties or any oral representations or assurances previously or subsequently made by the Underwriters: (i) no fiduciary or agency relationship between the Company and any other person, on the one hand, and the Underwriters, on the other hand, exists; (ii) the Underwriters are not acting as advisors, experts or otherwise, to the Company, including, without limitation, with respect to the determination of the public offering price of the Notes, and such relationship between the Company, on the one hand, and the Underwriters, on the other hand, is entirely and solely a commercial relationship, based on arms-length negotiations; (iii) any duties and obligations that the Underwriters may have to the Company shall be limited to those duties and obligations specifically stated herein; and (iv) the Underwriters and their respective affiliates may have interests that differ from those of the Company. The Company hereby waives any claims that the Company may have against the Underwriters with respect to any breach of fiduciary duty in connection with this offering.
