STUDENT AND PARENTS. Guardians agree that the Chromebook is for Student’s use for school-authorized purposes only. Student will not permit individuals other than school personnel and their parent/guardian to access the Chromebook. The Student agrees not to use or allow the Chromebook to be used for any illegal reasons or other reasons prohibited by the Code of Conduct.

  • Student and Parent Access Access by students or parents/guardians to the Provider’s programs or services governed by the DPA or to any Student Data stored by Provider shall not be conditioned upon agreement by the parents/guardians to waive any of the student data confidentiality restrictions or a lessening of any of the confidentiality or privacy requirements contained in this DPA.

  • STANDARDS OF MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS In performing its obligations hereunder, during the term of this ESA, the Competitive Supplier shall exercise reasonable care to assure that its facilities are prudently and efficiently managed; that it employs an adequate number of competently trained and experienced personnel to carry out its responsibilities; that it delivers or arranges to deliver a safe and reliable supply of such amounts of electricity to the Point of Delivery as are required under this ESA; that it complies with all relevant industry standards and practices for the supply of electricity to Participating Consumers; and that, at all times with respect to Participating Consumers, it exercises good practice for a Competitive Supplier and employs Commercially Reasonable skills, systems and methods available to it.

  • Areas of Cooperation The Parties will cooperate, in particular, in the following areas of common interest:

  • Parent A parent, legal guardian or person in parental relation to the Student.

  • Parent and Eligible Student Access Education Law Section 2-d and FERPA provide Parents and Eligible Students the right to inspect and review their child's or the Eligible Student’s Student Data stored or maintained by the EA. To the extent Student Data is held by Contractor pursuant to the Service Agreement, Contractor shall respond within thirty (30) calendar days to the EA's requests for access to Student Data so the EA can facilitate such review by a Parent or Eligible Student, and facilitate corrections, as necessary. If a Parent or Eligible Student contacts Contractor directly to review any of the Student Data held by Contractor pursuant to the Service Agreement, Contractor shall promptly notify the EA and refer the Parent or Eligible Student to the EA.

  • OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

  • Audit and the National Audit Office E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority. The Contractor shall on request afford the Authority or the Authority’s representatives such access to those records as may be requested by the Authority in connection with the Contract.

  • Senior Management and Board of Directors 1. A Member State shall not require that a juridical person of that Member State appoint to senior management positions, natural persons of any particular nationality.

  • Second Medical Opinions Members are entitled to a second medical opinion when disputing the appropriateness or necessity of a surgical procedure, or when subject to a serious injury or illness.
